👧👦 Ages: 5-12

Little Artists Summer Camp is a hands-on art experience for kids ages 5 to 12. Each themed week features thoughtfully planned projects that explore painting, mixed media, sculpture, and more. Campers build skills, experiment with materials, and create artwork they feel proud of in a fun and encouraging studio environment.

Session Four: 💧 Little Artists & Water

Water connects every project this week as subject, inspiration, or material. From watercolor gardens and beach paintings to batik bandanas, ceramic cups, and splatter paint sessions, campers will explore how artists use water in creative and unexpected ways.

Session Four Projects:

✏️ Monday: Watercolor - Monet's Garden

✂️ Tuesday: Painting - Beach Painting

🖌️ Wednesday: Multimedia - Batik Bandanas (wearable art!)

🏺 Thursday: Pottery - Straw Water Cup

🎨 Friday: Splatter Paint on Canvas (with water guns)! Optional: Bring Shirt or Hat

Campers will gain new artistic skills and create beautiful works to take home. We will be using stoneware clay on Thursday which requires firing in the kiln. These projects will require you to return to the studio in two to three weeks for pickup.

💡 Things to Know:

✔ Bring a snack/lunch and water bottle (food will not be provided).

✔ Kids will have a snack break during camp.

✔ Must be able to use the bathroom independently to attend.
